Thanks you for visiting the Karimpol Group web presentation. On the following pages you will find a summary of the group's activities in CEE and SEE, as well as links to more detailed information on selected projects.
Although the web provides information of the past, present and future projects we invite both potential tenants and investors alike to meet us in our hard office as well as regional offices, for a personal presentation of our activities.
The Karimpol Group headquarters are based in Luxembourg, with the main operational office in Vienna, Austria and regional offices in Bratislava, Prague, Warsaw, Sofia and Sarajevo. From the beginning in 1991 numerous commercial buildings were completed, with the main focus being on office developments. Later on logistics developments were and still are undertaken, particularly in Bratislava, as well as retail buildings.
The main focus continues to be office buildings both in Prague and Warsaw, as well as logistics in Slovakia, and a major new development of a retail mall in Sarajevo. The search for suitable development sites in Sofia continues and it is hoped to commence construction of the first building soon.
