Booksy leases an office space in Skyliner

Booksy, the leading marketplace for scheduling and managing appointments, has leased 1,500 sq m. in the Skyliner building in Warsaw. The transaction was conducted entirely online via the ShareSpace platform.

Booksy is a leading app for scheduling visits in the health & beauty sector which raised $70 million in a Series C round led by Cat Rock Capital, with participation from Sprints Capital. The company has offices in seven countries, including Spain, UK, USA, and Poland, and will soon move into a brand new investment in Warsaw, the Skyliner building at Rondo Daszyńskiego. The deal has been signed via ShareSpace platform.

The office will be Booksy's new headquarters and a central hub. The new workplace offers a variety of spaces, such as areas for collaboration and brainstorming, as well as quiet focus zones. It has been designed according to the latest trends to meet all the needs of a modern team.

Skyliner is one of the highest office buildings in Warsaw, located in Warsaw's Wola district. The building offers 45,000 sq.m. of office space situated on 34 floors. In addition to office space, some of the floors in Skyliner are dedicated to services, retail and restaurants. A two-storeyed Skybar situated at the height of 165 meters, offers a panoramic view over Warsaw’s city skyline. A spectacular, 16 meters high lobby, is the highest office lobby in Poland. Skyliner is supported by 21 high-speed elevators (speed up to 7 m/s) equipped with an intelligent contactless system enabling comfortable transportation.

Skyliner is undoubtedly the best-connected office building in Warsaw – situated perfectly just by the subway stop at Rondo Daszyńskiego (just 8 meters distance) and by the main bus and tram junction. A five-storeyed underground parking lot for 432 cars provides also 330 bicycle parking places with lockers and modern changing rooms. At the parking lot, there are also special storage premises for scooters.

Skyliner, the latest investment project of Karimpol, is rated Excellent in the BREEAM certification system. It has been designed by the architectural office APA Wojciechowski. Warbud is the project’s General Contractor. The agency responsible for leasing the premises in the building is CBRE.
