The KARIMPOL GROUP was founded in 1991 with the aim to develop real estate in the CEE region. KARIMPOL GROUP runs offices in Luxemburg, Vienna, Prague, Warsaw, Bratislava, Moscow and soon in Sofia.
The regional offices are responsible for the project acquisition, development, marketing and sales, as well as the management of the buildings owned by the KARIMPOL GROUP.
The aim of the KARIMPOL GROUP is the development of commercial real estate (office, retail, logistics), which meets the demands of an ever-changing socio-economic environment. Always the Group strives to deliver products that meet the varying requirements of the tenants at a competitive and sustainable price, and to create a long-term relationship with our tenants.
Furthermore the Group works closely with the local authorities in order to contribute – aesthetically and commercially - to the improvement or preservation of the region it is working in, through the development of well-designed buildings that fit into the master plan of the regions concerned.
At the end of the cycle the developments are sold to institutional investors, thereby creating wealth for individuals or corporations through rental income and increase of the value of the investment.
